Commercial Rubber Roofing Project in Slough, Berkshire
This project completed in July 2009 and was the Lee Cooper Building in Slough, Berkshire. We were approached by a large Building Contractor who were refurbishing the Office Block in Slough. They wanted us to waterproof the large area that would house the new computer and telecommunications suite.
The existing roof covering was an Asphalt composition It had blistered and cracked... and was leaking into the building.
We recommended that to cause minimum disruption to the refurbishment that was already in progress, we could use a Rubber Product (Sealoflex) for whom we are an approved installer, and would be able to waterproof the existing roof covering and provide a Manufactures 10-year warranty after installation.
The client was very pleased with the speed that we were able to attend the site and install the new waterproofing.
