Cheam Felt Roofing is able to offer either a 10, 12, 15 or 20 year guarantee on most of our flat roofing systems. We can obtain a Manufacturer’s Insurance Backed Guarantee for both materials & workmanship. The specific guarantee period depends on the type of materials used.
For over 25 years, Cheam Felt Roofing has been an approved contractor for the installation of flat roofing systems through Icopal (the largest manufacturer in Europe & the UK of high performance roofing membranes).

Upon completion of all works for a completed project, every approved contractor will file an Icopal Completion Report. This report will:
• List all materials used on site for the project.
• Provide proof of purchase details in regard to the supplier of all materials.
• Initiate an inspection of the completed works by a certified Icopal representative.
• Require signatures from all parties, following the inspection.
Please Note: Roof areas below 30m2 will not be covered by this guarantee, however Icopal will issue a material warranty, together with a contractor workmanship guarantee.
