My Roof is Leaking - What Can You Do NOW?
Upon acceptance of our estimate and with your commitment to employ the services of Cheam Felt Roofing, we will offer you our free cover up or temporary repair service to stop the ingress of water until it is practical for us to be in a position to carry out this work for you. Due to bad weather or previous work commitments it may not be possible to commence work on your roof right away.
Are You Insured?
Yes we are. We have a one million pounds public liability for any one instance (details on request). As a potential client, we can not stress enough that you need to check this detail. We know that there are many roofing companies operating TODAY without any proper insurance at all.
Flat roofing is the most vulnerable, and much of the operation requires the use of heat. Cheam Felt Roofing is fully covered regarding this application. We also have over 25 years of being involved with this type of work, and have an exceptional no claims record.
Roofing insurance premiums have literally Gone Through The Roof. You may find that some contractors offer low prices because they sometimes carry no insurance, or no insurance for the use of heat. They do not carry this overhead .... but you and they are taking a HUGE risk. Should there be any damage to your property, they and you will not be covered for any damage or loss. It would be left up to yourselves to recover any costs.
So, you now have the choice. What appears to be a reasonable price, may leave you regretting that you did not employ a reputable contractor with years of experience and many satisfied clients.
